DELIVERY:

Shipping on activation keys is totally free, as our items are digital and we deliver them by email. Usually we send your order within 1-2 hours after receiving clear payment, however it can can take up to 24 hours to complete.
Shipping for physical games is confirmed at checkout. Depending on the product, it may be added on or included on the price. Please see the description of the particular product you are buying for more information about the shipping cost. Game / Software codes are sent solely via email and by buying any game / software code on OffPriceSoft.com you agree for OffPriceSoft.com to keep the original retail box/media of the game/software.
Physical products are shipped using the conventional post office. Shipping time to European countries takes usually around 3 - 5 working days. All shipments are insured and are recommended which means we will always receive a receipt from the post office confirming the proof of postage and delivery.
If a shipment is returned with no delivery to our logistic office the customer will have to pay extra for re-sending the package to any new address assigned by him.

CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAW RIGHTS:
