The titles and headings are for reference purposes only and will not limit the construction of this Agreement, which will be considered as a whole. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, any inconsistency in any documents that comprise this Agreement will be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: (1) the applicable End User License Terms; (2) the Order Confirmation; (3) these Product Terms and Conditions; and (4) any other documents referenced herein.

1. Permission to use website: You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. Parental consent is needed or involvement shall be required in the event that you have not attained the age of 18.

2. 2. Digital products: By digital products means software/activation key delivered to customer email with full instruction how to acquire/activate/download purchased product. All of our cd keys are genuine, licenced cd keys from authorised manufacturers.  Each one is unique and unused.
3. 3. Registration, accounts and User login details: As part of the registration or account creation process, you will create login credentials by selecting a password and providing an email address. You also have to give us certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. Each registration is for a single user only. You are not allowed to share your registration login credentials or give your login credentials to anyone else. We may cancel or suspend your access to the OffPriceSoft.com if you share your login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not select or use the login credentials of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; use login credentials in which another person has rights without such person's authorisation; or use login credentials that we, in our sole discretion, deem offensive. 4. 4. Our products: licence: You acknowledge that you buy a software/activation key of which original owner’s right has been exhausted. In accordance with The Bundesgerichtshof (Federal Court of Justice, Germany) decision. We therefore sell a license to use the software by providing the key to activate software downloaded from original manufacturers website or download link.  Documentation other than the right to use the Software and the Documentation in accordance with the terms of this Licence.

Refunds and Chargebacks: Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time.
7. 7. Warranties and Liabilities: We make every effort to ensure that our products are accurate, authoritative and fit for the use of our customers. However, we take no responsibility whatsoever for the suitability of the product, and we provide no warranties as to the function or use of the product, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. 8. 8. Payment terms: The prices agreed upon and listed in the respective order confirmations or invoices shall apply. Those prices are indicated strictly as net figures and are subject to further legally applicable value added tax, to the extent required by national or international regulations. As a payment processor we use different payments provider including Paypal, Bank Transfer etg. Invoices are payable immediately without the deduction of transfer and processing fees. In the event of delay, the customer shall pay the legally applicable default interest.
